Saving on energy consumed for heating becomes more and more important day by day.
Scientific studies have revealed that our main fuel reserves such as oil, natural gas and coil are exhausting fast. Increase of energy costs seems inevitable considering the ever increasing oil and natural gas prices.
In order to achieve high quality of life and comfort in the future, energy saving should be made as soon as possible.
Energy Efficiency Certificate
The regulation for Energy Performance in Buildings, which directs us to use the energy we consume in our residential and working buildings more efficiently became effective on January 01, 2011. Starting from this date, it is required to receive an Energy Efficiency Certificate for all new buildings.
It is also required to receive the same certificate for the current buildings by May 2017. In order to receive an Energy Efficiency Certificate as the highest class, preferring a proper thermal insulation system is the only solution.
Energy Efficiency Certificate includes details regarding the energy requirement, energy consumption classification, insulation properties as well as efficiency of heating and cooling systems as a minimum. In an Energy Efficiency Certificate, annual energy consumption per usage area of building and greenhouse gas emission are classified according to the reference scale varying between "A" and "G". Energy efficiency Certificate is valid for 10 years from date of issue. At the end of this period, Energy efficiency Certificate will be reissued according to a report to be prepared.
